Plate Straightening Machine

PRAGMA Precision Straightner with 11 to 21 Straightner Roll is specially designed and Engineered with state – of – the art Levelling Technology to achieve absolute flatness for Components by removing all warpage, deformations produced by Oxycutting / Plasma cutting process. They also can iron out following shape defects produced by Rolling Mills.

Coil Set:

Length wise curvature is easy to remove by Mormal Straightner with Big Rollers with wide Pitch.

Cross bow:

Generally produced by Slitter. This cross bow can be removed by normal Straightner.

Twisted strip:

can't be straightened without small rolls and back up rolls.

Wavy Edges:

This typical shape defects caused by Rolling Mills. This can be straightened without Precision Straightner (Leveller) with close pitch small wark rolls and back up rolls.

Center buckles:

The cause is same as above needs Precision Straightner (Leveller) with Back up Rolls for corrections.

Quarter buckles:

Single or double quarter buckles can be corrected by only Precision Straightner (Leveller) with back up rolls.
